Thomastown (4m) and Kilkenny (12m) are not far away, and Mount Juliet provides excellent golfing and fine food. You can relax, unwind here, and easily access the locality, one of Ireland’s gems regarding landscape, arts and cultural history. It also serves as a convenient central place to visit many of the counties in Ireland. The house accommodates up to eight people and was once referred to by a past guest as a Hemingway-style retreat, so it is a bit old world but with all the mod cons for a very comfortable stay in this unique area of Ireland.
