The Gym at the Cois Abhann centre opened in January 2012.  There is a range of equipment at the moment including treadmills, exercise bike, rowers, leg extension, stepper and cross-trainer.  We are continually adding to equipment and have a full range available.

Membership is €4 per session or €25 per calendar month.  To become a member everyone has to attend an induction session where they will be instructed in the correct use of the different equipment.

Call or text your name to Francesca on 087 386 3942 and she will let you know when the next induction session is.

Opening Times - over 30 hours per week as follows

Days - Monday to Friday - 9am to 3pm.

Evenings - Monday and Wednesday 7-9.30, Friday 7-9.

And remember, once you are a member there is no booking required.  Come when you like!
