St. Vincent de Paul

There has been an active conference of the St Vincent de Paul Society in Inistioge since the 1960s. The conference meets every third Monday of the month in Cois Abhann. The St Vincent de Paul helps those in the community by providing financial assistance, food vouchers and fuel and by visitation.

The officers of the conference at the moment are : President: Bill Doherty; Secretary: Brian Keane; Treasurer: Peter Nolan, Other Members: Josette Tierney, Davy O'Dwyer, Mairead Gallagher, Laura Lawlor and Angela Mackey.
